The University of Coimbra provides lodging in University residences and
offers the meals at University canteens for up to 80 PhD students and
postdocs.
Additionally, a few scholarships are available to cover the travel expenses
of selected PhD students and postdocs presenting a short communication.
To apply for support you must:

2. Write a letter, specifying:
a) the type of support required (lodging&meals / travel expenses);
b) the name and affiliation of your adviser / postdoc supervisor;
c) the title and abstract of your short communication (if applicable)
3. Send the letter, together with a brief vitae and two letters of recommendation, to:
