Global Portuguese Mathematicians is a biennial conference series bringing together Portuguese mathematicians working worldwide. It aims to disseminate high-level research, promoting new collaborations as well as connecting the Portuguese-speaking mathematical community.
In 2019, this conference will take place at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Porto on June 24-26. With speakers from a broad range of experiences and stages in their careers, coming from all corners of the world, the conference will cover a wide variety of mathematical fields, including algebra, analysis, dynamical systems, geometry, number theory and statistics.
